Imported bearing installation method

Imported bearing installation of right and wrong, good or bad, will directly affect the imported bearing accuracy, life and performance. Therefore, we should study the import bearing the correct installation method, the actual installation process should strictly follow the standard operating procedure for the correct installation, to get the bearing products play a higher efficiency.

Ready to install the necessary parts, tools and equipment; If the bearing ring and shaft and hole is a tight fit, inner ring and outer ring when installation should pressure into the shaft and hole, at the same time assembling casing structure should be able to at the same time, pressure bearing inner ring and outer ring end face.


Imported bearing installation to be in a dry, clean environment for the preparing work before installation:
According to the different bearing size and application environment, use different installation method;
Ready to install the necessary parts, tools and equipment;
Ready for all the parts need to be installed and thoroughly cleaned before installation (note: for fueling grease lubrication and oil seal or dust cover on both sides, sealing ring of the bearing, is don't need to be washed before installation.)
For all parts need to be installed according to the drawing size and shape accuracy check.
Imported bearing should be installed according to the bearing structure, size, and cooperate with properties of bearing parts, assembly of force should be directly in the tight fit installation on the ring width, shall not be passed on roller pressure equipment.

The installation of imported bearings generally adopt the following methods:

01 pressure into laws
Bearing inner ring and the shaft is a tight fit, outer ring and bearing hole is a loose fit, press the bearing to be pressed on the shaft are available, and then put the shaft together with the bearing load bearing hole.
The outer ring of the self-contained bearing hole for tight fit, inner ring and the shaft is a loose fit, bearing can be pressed into the bearing hole first, then assembling casing diameter should be slightly less than the diameter of a hole.
If the bearing ring and shaft and hole is a tight fit, inner ring and outer ring when installation should pressure into the shaft and hole, at the same time assembling casing structure should be able to at the same time, pressure bearing inner ring and outer ring end face.

02 heating method
By heating bearing or bearing seat, by using thermal expansion will fit into a loose fit installation method, this method is suitable for interference quantity larger the installation of the bearings.
The bearing before hot charging type or separable bearing ring into the constant temperature tank even heat 80-100 ℃, and then loaded on the shaft, as soon as possible out of the oil to prevent inner ring after cooling end face and the shoulder joint is not tight, bearing axial fastening again after cooling.
Bearing outer ring and light metal bearing tight fit, by heating the hot charging method of the bearing, can avoid the mating surface scratch.

03 The installation of cone bearing
Cone hole can be directly installed in a shaft with taper bearing neck, or in a tight sleeve and withdrawal sleeve on the cone of the tightness of cooperate, bearing radial clearance reduction is available to adjust. Therefore, before installation should be measured bearing radial clearance, the installation process should often measure the clearance in order to meet the need of clearance reduction is so far.

04 The installation of  thrust bearing
Thrust bearing axial ring and shaft with the general transition fit, seat and the bearing holes with the general for the clearance fit, so this kind of bearing is easy to install, two-way thrust bearing axial circle should be fixed on the shaft, to prevent the relative to the axis of rotation.

Imported bearing to use brute force when installation, bearing installation does not reach the designated position, install there is deviation will cause bearing clearance is too small, bearing rotating different heart, bearing inner race damage such as use problem to cause bearing life is reduced, so after the installation should use special instrument to detect the installation accuracy, to ensure correct installation.
